As visual communicator, I must be sensitive to the meanings of responses that viewers have built up from personal experiences. I have th means to endow imagery with meaning by controlling the visual environment through an understanding of basic design principles.
In the project I focused to design a color booklet focusing on toys inducted in the National Toy Hall of Fame in Rochester, New York. outlying the design principles. In each page I visually communicate a design principle using imagery and type for an inducted toy from the museum. The booklet contains a front and back cover, a table of contents, page numbers, and a colophon.
